Stand Up Paddle Boarding (SUP) – Yoga

Do you practise the ancient art of yoga? Have you ever been on a paddle board? Well, this innovative session combines both activities together in a challenging body work-out experience. It’s yoga but on water! Balancing on a paddle board, your core muscles, as well as your focus, will be exercised more than if you were doing it on dry. The soothing effect of the gorgeous Mediterranean sea will benefit your mind, body and soul as the Yoga/Paddleboard instructor guides you through the session. All equipment is provided. This is the perfect way to spend an insightful evening, whilst watching the beautiful sun setting at Mellieha Bay.

  • Full tuition from a qualified Yoga/ Paddle board instructor with knowledge of the local area
  • Equipment rental, including paddle board, wet suit and buoyancy aid
  • Safety cover

Good to know:

  • Bring old shoes with you – they will get wet!
  • The venue may change on the day due to weather conditions – your instructor will guide you
  • Please be aware that the day may also change if conditions are deemed unsafe
