Snorkelling

This activity offers visitors the opportunity to snorkel around the shoreline of St. Paul’s Bay and beyond. Explore the wonderful underwater locations of Qawra Point, Ċirkewwa Reef, Għar Lapsi, Blue Grotto and many more!

No prior experience is needed for this activity. The recommended minimum age is 6 years, however all minors must be accompanied by a parent or a guardian. Each trip is accompanied by a locally-experienced guide.

Locations are selected according to weather conditions.

Important to know

Basic Package

Includes visit to one of the following locations: Qawra Point, Ċirkewwa Reef, Għar Lapsi, Blue Grotto. (Duration: 4 hours)

Deluxe Package

Visit to Blue Lagoon in Comino. The price also includes a Comino boat ticket. (Duration: 5 hours)

Platinum Package

Includes visits to three of the following locations: Qawra Point, Ċirkewwa Reef, Għar Lapsi, Blue Grotto, Aħrax Point, Golden Bay. (Duration: 7 hours)

Boat trip and use of snorkelling equipment (masks/snorkels)

What to bring / wear:

Swimwear / wetsuit, towel, hat, sunscreen
Snorkellers who are not using a wetsuit are advised to wear a T-shirt (preferably long-sleeved)

Suitability:

Participants should be at least 6 years old, know how to swim unaided in open water and have basic snorkelling abilities.

Participants should be in good physical condition and free of any major physical or psychological impairment or limitations or any other condition which may compromise the participant safety and well being.

Not suitable for: pregnant women, people under the influence of drugs or alcohol & people with hydrophobia.

Good to know:

This trip is weather dependent so if the day is very windy the trip could be postponed for safety reasons. If you are on holiday and you cannot make the later date, your money will be refunded or you can choose a different activity.
